Certified Fitness Instructor
Kelley Monahan is a certified group fitness instructor who is passionate about health and wellness.
She has a Masters of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. Kelley is also a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
She enjoys teaching a variety of fitness classes including boot camp, interval training and strength and conditioning.
Fitness, conditioning and nutrition have always been a major part of her life. Kelley started her competitive gymnastics career at the age of four. Gymnasts are taught to train their mind and body in order to obtain desired goals. Kelley’s experiences as a gymnast sparked a passion in her to become a dietitian and fitness coach.
She aspires to help others achieve and maintain optimal wellness in their lives.
