I believe that taking control of your fitness can happen at any age of your life. Nothing feels better than being strong and confident in your own skin. I have a passion for exercise and lifting weights. I especially enjoy empowering women to see that weight training in a proper way will sculpt your body and turn on those endorphins.
I have been a personal trainer for over nine years and a group fitness instructor for three. I have had the opportunity of working with clients of all ages inside and outside of the gym. I will motivate, coach and support you through your journey of becoming the best version of yourself.
I adjust my training style to each individual client, without losing focus as to why you are here. I enjoy incorporating various types of training aides into our session so you can see that training can be fun yet challenging.
My line of expertise includes body leverage/body weight training, cardio, weight machines, circuit training, core conditioning, boot camp, group fitness, small group training, stretching and flexibility.
When I’m not in the gym, I am a wife and mother to two active and energetic kids. I look forward in training with you!!
